Aurora City Council scrutinizes payment structure for Winter on the Fox light display
Aurora’s Winter on the Fox interactive light display came under scrutiny by the City Council last week because of the way payments were handled for the project. The work for the display was bid in two parts at $25,000 each instead of as one $50,000 project.
