Questions about a legal bill regarding a potential public-private partnership between Aurora and a technology company prompted a shouting match at this week’s City Council meeting. The contentious conversation took part largely between Mayor Richard Irvin and Ald. Judd Lofchie, 10th Ward, who also happen to be opposing each other in the upcoming April 6 mayoral election.
